Marron Glace means chestnut brown, and indeed this bag is a beautiful deep chestnut hue. The Buffle Skipper water buffalo leather is water resistant, strong, durable but also beautifully exhibiting multi-hues of the chestnut brown as the leather gathers the dye more darker and saturated at the center of each grain. Interior features more wider, thicker chewier grains.
This item is in pristine condition with very few signs of use. Corners are clean with no signs of rubbing or scuffing. Gold hardware is a deep, yellow gold hardware and shiny, plated in 24k gold. The two strap plates and turnlock back plate all still have the adhesive plastic covering, and showcase no scratches. Resin is clean, and bag stands on its own just fine. Barely ever carried.
